Friday night’s Homerun & Baserunning competitions will be held at Wakefield Park!
10U Directions Caffi Fields (next to Vienna Elementary School) From the Capital Beltway (I-495), you can reach the fields by heading west on I-66. Exit at Nutley Street (VA-243 North), heading toward Vienna. Continue on Nutley Street to the 4th traffic light intersection, which is Maple Avenue (VA-123). Turn RIGHT onto Maple Avenue. Continue to the intersection of Center Street and Maple Avenue. Turn right on Center Street, heading south. Vienna Elementary is 1/2 block up on the left. Park here for fields 2 & 3. For field 1, continue past the Bowman House on Center Street and make the next left on Cherry Street, before the fire department. Continue on Cherry Street to the brick building and parking lot to the front and left of you. Additional parking can be found by continuing on Cherry Street to the stop sign at Park Street. Turn left onto Park Street, then take an immediate left after the bike trail crossing into the parking lot.
12U Directions Wakefield Park (8100 Braddock Road, Annandale, VA) From the Capital Beltway (I-495), you can reach the fields by exiting at 54A-Braddock Road (West), heading toward Fairfax. Go through the traffic light at Port Royal if coming from the south (you will not need to stop at Port Royal if coming from the north). After about 1/4 mile, turn RIGHT at the traffic light into Wakefield Park. Fields 1 through 4 are located near the first parking lot on the left. Registration, check-in, scoring, and concessions will be located near this parking lot. Fields 7 and 8 are located at the first parking lot on the right.
14U Directions Madison High School (2500 James Madison Drive, Vienna, VA) From the Capital Beltway (I-495), you can reach the fields by heading west on I-66. Exit at Nutley Street (VA-243 North), heading toward Vienna. Continue on Nutley Street to the 4th traffic light intersection, which is Maple Avenue (VA-123). Turn LEFT onto Maple Avenue using the middle lane from Nutley Street. Turn RIGHT immediately after the Shell Station—this road is the entrance to Madison High School. When entering the school, bear to the right and go around the back. The Varsity field is the first field you come to.
Louise Archer Elementary (324 Nutley Street NW, Vienna, VA) From the Capital Beltway (I-495), you can reach the fields by heading west on I-66. Exit at Nutley Street (VA-243 North), heading toward Vienna. Continue on Nutley Street to the 4th traffic light intersection, which is Maple Avenue (VA-123). Continue straight on Nutley Street (middle lane). Proceed through 2 stop signs. Louise Archer Elementary School will be on the left; parking is around the back. Additional parking will be available at Madison High School. |
