Team T-shirt Order Form (Pre-orders due Tuesday, April 6!!!)

Ordering information: There are four styles of t-shirts and one sweatshirt available for presale this year. Limited shirts and sweatshirts will be available at the tournament and will be sold at a higher price. Each team’s preorder will be packaged and delivered to the fields the first day of the tournament. The above graphic will be on the front of each item. Team names will be listed on the back. Please note the following important sizing information: Tie-dye t-shirts and the sweatshirts run a bit small, so people should order one size up. Any sizes larger than AXL will be charged $2 extra. The order form above includes pictures of each item. Please completely fill out the form and email your order to Lea Ann White at lawtrigirl@yahoo.com. Please print a copy of your order and mail to me with your check (I need this by April 6th). If possible, please send only one check for your entire team.
