Inova Fairfax Hospital (3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA) General: 703-698-1110 Emergency: 703-689-3111 Leave Wakefield Park. Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto Braddock Road. Take the Capital Beltway (I-495) North (second ramp). Take the Gallows Road exit and go LEFT at the end of the ramp. Fairfax Hospital is about 1/2 mile on the LEFT.
Rite Aid Pharmacy (5230 Port Royal Road, Springfield, VA) 703-321-8440 Leave Wakefield Park. Turn LEFT at the traffic light onto Braddock Road. Rite Aid Pharmacy is in the shopping center on Port Royal Road and Braddock Road, on the right just before the Capital Beltway (I-495). |
